It’s easy to forget to care for your natural hair when it’s covered with extensions. If you neglect your natural hair,  it  makes your hair harder to repair when the extensions are removed. When you have extensions, the easiest way to keep your natural hair healthy is with your diet. Your hair needs nutrients to stay strong and healthy. Below are some tips for maintaining healthy natural hair.

Drink lots of water

Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables they are loaded with vitamin A and C.
